HMK Recognised For Contribution To Skills & Training

Hosted at the National Conference Centre near Birmingham, the MCI Gala Awards bring together the entire motion control industry in a celebration of business and professional excellence.

Recognising and rewarding the achievements of both individuals and companies operating within this important industry sector, personal endeavour, technical innovation, engineering advancement and commercial acumen are all acknowledged and celebrated.

Attracting new talent and promoting diversity is crucial to unlocking the wide range of skills and ideas that are going to drive this country’s engineering solutions moving forward. 

Working with our global partners like Siemens and universities from around the country, HMK are committed to developing engineers for the future, offering numerous opportunities for graduates across both mechanical and electrical disciplines to gain invaluable experience and gain STEM-related employment.  

The company has taken on 7 graduates this year, increasing the company size by ~20% with the same planned for 2018.

HMK's Contribution was recognised for the 2017 Contribution to skills & training award at last nights Motion Control Industry Awards Gala. Along with our partner Siemens who were also recognised for their ongoing commitment to innovation & Manufacturing within the UK.
